Acclaimed meat purveyor Pat LaFrieda’s former warehouse space at 601 Washington Street will give way to a residential development, according to BuzzBuzzHome. Department of Buildings plans call for a 44,504-square-foot project with eight units spread over nine stories.
The site, which is also set to have automated car parking and a roof terrace, is located at Leroy Street in the West Village. BKSK Architects is the architect of record, the DOB plans show.
