Plucking a page from her star-studded Rolodex, Dolly Lenz has sold noted NFL coach John Madden’s co-op at the Dakota.
The property at 1 West 72nd Street originally asked $4.9 million, later dropping to $4.4 million and finally going for $3.9 million, a relatively small nugget for the superbroker, who recently snagged $135.5 million worth of listings in a single day.
All the same, the property in the iconic building boasted two bedrooms, original moldings, two fireplaces and original window shutters.
Madden and his wife Virginia, who currently live in the Bay Area, sold the unit to Gregor and Cecilia Freund. [NYO] — Julie Strickland
