Crooner Jon Bon Jovi has slashed the asking price for his Soho penthouse from $42 million to a mere $39.9 million.
Bon Jovi purchased the five bedroom, 7,452-square-foot pad at 158 Mercer Street for $24 million. After renovating the property, he re-listed it for $42 million, though he was rumored to have a dream sale price of $45 million.
The condominium features a master bedroom suite with marble bath, wood-burning fireplace in the great room, 11-foot ceilings, a large terrace and private screening room. The Corcoran Group’s Deborah Grubman and David Dubin have the listing. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
