Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance has acquired New York City-based commercial brokerage Kenneth Zund Realty, the firms announced in a release yesterday. Top Zund executives including co-founder Jeffrey Zund will join the Coldwell Banker team. The boutique firm lists seven agents on its website.

“Adding a firm of the caliber of the Zund Realty organization further enhances the level of service we offer to clients and is another key component of our rapidly growing development,” said Coldwell Banker principal Richard Selig in a statement.

“Joining CBC Alliance will allow us to provide a superior suite of services to our clients, with an even greater reach and scope than ever before,” said Zund.

After 34 years of private ownership, Manhattan residential brokerage the Bellmarc Group recently announced that it would become a Coldwell Banker franchise, as The Real Deal reported. -- Hiten Samtani
