The Department of Buildings has issued permits for a 13-story, 116-room hotel at Tillary Street and the Flatbush Avenue extension in Downtown Brooklyn, Brownstoner reported. The Kansas-based hotel developer LodgeWorks acquired the vacant lot from an entity called Magna Hospitality Group for $7.75 million in March, according to city records.
