The top five commercial sales recorded in New York City last month included a luxury retail of Fifth Avenue, a high profile hotel in the center of Times Square, two office buildings in the hot Midtown South district, and a development site in Lower Manhattan. The total for the top five deals was $927.6 million, a drop off from the total for the top five deals recorded in September, which was $1.46 billion.
