The penthouse of Sag Harbor’s the Watchcase
A Hamptons penthouse by praised interior designer Stephen Gambrel has hit the market asking $4.49 million.
Originally the model unit in the Sag Harbor condo-conversion building the Watchcase, Gambrel overhauled every inch of the unit with his signature style.
The two-bedroom, 1,920-square-foot unit first went into contract back in October, priced at $4.41M, but is now back on the market with a higher ask. It is unclear whether the deal fell through or whether the new owner is attempting to flip the unit. [Curbed] –Christopher Cameron
