An oceanfront property with almost one acre of land in Sagaponack has sold for $10.25 million.
The 2,772-square-foot property, located at end of the cul-de-sac on Sandune Court, hit the market last September asking $11.5 million, according to Curbed. The five-bedroom, three-bathroom property features a gunite pool and views of Big and Little Sagg Ponds.
