The New Jersey home of the late pop superstar Whitney Houston is back on the market for $1.5 million.
The 12,561-square-foot mansion in Mendham Township saw a 60 percent price chop from its $2.5 million asking price in 2009. The estate features a pool, tennis court and wooded land.
Kienlen Lattmann Realtors re-listed it in January 2012 for $1.75 million, as previously reported. Houston died the following month at age 48. Liberty Realty broker Gregory Taylor now has the listing.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home was the site of Houston’s brief reality show with then-husband Bobby Brown, called “Being Bobby Brown.” [Curbed] — Mark Maurer
