Who knew making juice could be so loud?

The owner and board of directors of a condominium tower in the West Village has filed suit to evict a high-end juice bar that’s making a racket, seeking $250,000 in damages, plus legal fees incurred.

The plaintiffs at One Jackson Square at 122 Greenwich Avenue claim that tenant Juice Press, an organic juice and smoothie chain that leases a retail unit on the first floor, is making too much noise manufacturing and distributing its product at the location, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

The suit claims Juice Press is in violation of the building’s certificate of occupancy, allegedly manufacturing juice in a space limited for use by “retail stores.” The board also claims the juice-maker uses the basement as office space, despite the sub-floor’s storage-only zoning designation.

Although Juice Press has at least 15 locations throughout the city and four more opening soon, this store produces all the juices for the others, according to a person close to the situation.

The suit asks the court to consider an injunction to halt the juice bar’s operations, if not an eviction. The owner and board hope to “settle it amicably” and declined to comment before an agreement can be reached, an attorney representing the condo in the suit told The Real Deal.

An LLC known simply as ACJLP-P is the second named plaintiff in the suit and the owner of the 11-story building, according to property records. Other retail tenants include a Starbucks and TD Bank.

Juice Press leased the commercial space for nearly $4.5 million in 2011, according to StreetEasy. The manager of the Juice Press store declined to comment. A spokesperson for the company was not immediately available for comment. Juice Press opened a store on 239 Columbus Avenue last summer.
