151 East 78th Street
Spruce Capital Partners has launched a website and all-new images of the updated facade, interiors, and outdoor spaces for its 151 East 78th Street project on the Upper East Side.
The 16-story project will replace existing townhouses with just 14 residential units. Upper East-native Peter Pennoyer is designing the project – his first condo project, according to Curbed.
Pricing at the three- to six-bedroom condos will start at $10 million and penthouses will start in the upper $20 millions. Units will range in size from 3,000 to 7,000 square feet. Sales are also kicking off this month. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
