Sir Patrick Stewart has officially closed on his Upper West Side penthouse for $3.8 million. The star of the “Star Trek” and “X-Men” franchises sold the pad at 118 West 79th Street, together with ex-wife Wendy Neuss, the New York Post reported.
The penthouse includes an irrigated, wrap-around garden terrace and views over Central Park, the newspaper reported. Stewart and Neuss bought the apartment for $1.8 million in 2003.
